We collect as little as we can, use it only to serve you, and never sell it. Here's the detail, written to be read.

What we collect

When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write to us. When you place an order or create an account, we collect the details needed to fulfill it: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order contents. We also keep basic technical information — browser type, device, and pages visited — to understand how the site is used.

Quiz answers and cart contents are stored in your own browser so your routine is there when you come back. They aren't tied to your identity unless you place an order.

How we use your information

To process, pack, and ship your orders and handle returns.
To answer questions and provide skincare guidance you've asked for.
To send order updates, and marketing email only if you opted in.
To improve the site, our product range, and our recommendations.
To detect fraud and keep the store secure.

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage: essential ones that keep your cart and session working, and optional analytics ones that tell us which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings — essential storage is required for the cart to function.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the store: hosting and database services that store order and account data, a payment processor that handles card details at checkout (we never see or store your full card number), shipping carriers that receive your delivery address, an email provider for order confirmations, and privacy-minded analytics. Each receives only the information needed to do its job.

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your account and associated data, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email hello@skinsosoft.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
